Learn which study methods are effective, and which, despite what we might think, are not.  In this workshop, we will discuss research from cognitive psychology that shows which study techniques are the most useful in promoting learning.  The workshop will cover how to learn efficiently and participants will take away successful methods to use in the classroom, to share with students, and to apply to their own learning.
