How to Navigate the Conference

- Speaker Ready Room | Room 111 – All speakers need to check-in to the speaker ready room to upload and preview their presentations 24-hours before the beginning of their session. Please find the Speaker Ready Room hours listed below:

Childcare
Childcare at the plant biology meeting is partially supported by a donation from the estate of Eli Romanoff. ASPB contracts with a national bonded child care provider to be onsite at the convention center. You must be a registered attendee to use this service. You can provide the details of the times/dates after you have registered and any at time before the meeting. If you have any questions regarding childcare please contact PBregistration@aspb.org

This is your one-stop shop to get questions answered. See the schedule online for exciting meet ups and topical conversation circles in the Pavilion and on the Innovation Stage, also located there! Take a selfie with your friends at the Selfie Station, come see some demonstrations, or just hang out with ASPB staff here!

What are your questions, ideas, suggestions and feedback about ASPB and our efforts to support the community? What do we do well, and where do we need to improve? What do we need to know about you? Are there innovations from other organizations that we could learn from and implement? ASPB’s leadership, the journal editors in chief, and staff will be on hand and are looking forward to the dialog.

Share your ideas for sessions and topics for Plant Biology 2020 at the #PlantBio20 open forum on Tuesday, August 4 at 7:00 a.m. Room 230A – coffee will be served.
CLOSING PARTY
Join us at the Forager, off site at 420 S 1st St, for our annual Closing Party on Tuesday evening from 8:00pm – 11:30pm. There will be music, food, drinks and fun!
